I was very fortunate to get to photograph this family at their cabin on Lake Inez this summer. They purchased the cabin from the original builder a few years ago and have since decided to replace it, but this was a bittersweet decision as their young family continues adding months of memories to the cabin each summer. They have plans to incorporate elements of the current cabin into their new house, but to further memorialize the space they wanted some photos of their family spending a day there this summer.
I had a blast as they were all so gracious and the kids were on their best behavior (maybe that’s their permanent state?). There was also a very sweet dog and I got to swim, so I couldn’t have asked for anything more!
