Lauren and Charles decided on a whim to come to Yellowstone in the winter and elope near Mammoth Hot Springs on Christmas Eve, so I was happy to join them for some wintery portraits! Due to a heating problem at the Mammoth Chapel we had to run down to Gardiner to borrow a church, but we used that opportunity to work back through that section of the Park before photographing near the hot springs then heading east in search of buffalo!
