Megan and Mike got married in my favorite place in Montana: St. Ignatius. I am trying to move there, that’s how much I love it. Take a peek at those Mission Mountain backgrounds in the slideshow and tell me there isn’t a more beautiful place to live in Montana that is less than a couple million dollars.
The day was wonderful: they were working together to set up when I arrived so I got to know everyone early during the beginning stages of hair and makeup, then things unfolded slowly and without delay, which is how a Montana wedding should be. The timing was perfect for two sets of portaits, one at sunset and another at twilight. The speeches were great and the dancing fantastic with a live band. Some of my favorite small moments of the year came from this wedding, namely a father and baby drinking together and kids lighting their marshmallows on fire. Enjoy the slideshow!
