Many weddings this year have transitioned into elopements due to circumstances prohibiting large gatherings, but Merilee and Chris were going small all along. With a tight group of friends and family this was more micro wedding territory than elopement, but the Lochsa Lodge was still a perfect fit. And being that I spent months in this area a few years back for a moose hunt, we knew right where to go for portraits. I don’t think there are many weddings at Lochsa Lodge but this is my second in a couple years and I am convinced it’s because there is no wedding photographer in the world who knows this area as well as me. 🙂
